As a long-term foodie, and prolific party thrower, in 2011 I decided to make this a career, and left my job in construction to re-train. After graduating from the renowned Tante Marie cookery school, I spent a stint at Petersham Nurseries in Richmond in 2013, where I honed my skills and learned a lot about the precision and finesse of Michelin star cooking.
Eventually I returned to Weymouth and started catering events, and hosting pop-up dining evenings called Feast on the Farm. In 2014 I started writing a food column for Farmers Weekly. Our drive now is to constantly keep up with the latest food trends and ideas, to deliver exciting new food and events to our customers.
